Q.  Will you be able to match my hair color?

A.   During your private consultation, my goal is to match your hair color as closely as I can to your bio hair.  I offer a variety of wigs/toppers and color rings to choose from.

Q.  Will you be able to match my hairstyle?

A.  I have a variety of wigs and toppers to choose from as well as multiple options from our manufacturers.  I care about your alternative hair. My goal is to have you look and feel your best.

Q.  What's the difference between human hair and synthetic wigs or toppers, and which one is better for me?

A.  Human Hair Wigs/Toppers: Made from real human hair, these offer a natural look and feel. They can be styled with heat tools like curling irons or straighteners, and they last longer than synthetic wigs. However, they require more maintenance and are generally more expensive.

A.  Synthetic Wigs/Toppers: Made from synthetic fibers, these are pre-styled and tend to hold their shape even after washing. They are more affordable and require less maintenance, but they can’t withstand heat styling and may not last as long as human hair.

Q.  What’s the best way to care for my wig or topper?

A.  Human Hair Wigs/Toppers: Wash with a mild, sulfate-free shampoo. After washing, allow the wig to air dry, and gently comb it out with a wide-tooth comb. You can also use heat styling tools to curl or straighten it.

A.  Synthetic Wigs/Toppers: Use a wig-specific shampoo and avoid using regular hair care products. Never use heat tools (unless the wig is labeled as heat-resistant). After washing, let it air dry in its natural shape.

Both types should be stored on a wig stand or mannequin to maintain their shape and avoid tangling.
